SeenScope

Visibility Audit Terms

Clear information about the SeenScope Visibility Audit.

What SeenScope provides

We review the public customer journey around your business, together with the context you share in the intake form. The audit may cover website clarity, Google and Maps presence, reviews, competitors, contact process, social profiles and AI search visibility. The information available will vary from one business to another.

Eligibility and scope

The standard product is designed for one primary service-business brand, one primary market or service area, a reachable public website and a visible customer contact path. It is not a security audit, analytics audit, advertising-account audit, franchise-wide review or guarantee of search rankings or leads.

Customer responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, have authority to submit it for the business, identify the correct website and market, and avoid submitting confidential information that SeenScope has not requested. Work begins only after complete intake and required consent.

Delivery

We aim to deliver your report within two business days after you complete the intake form. This is a target, not a guaranteed deadline. If we need more information or something outside our control causes a delay, we’ll let you know.

Professional judgment and supporting tools

Our team uses a structured scoring method and professional tools, including AI assistance, to complete the audit. We check reports before delivery. The report is practical business guidance, not legal, financial, medical, security or other regulated professional advice.

No outcome guarantee

SeenScope does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, customer decisions, review outcomes, Maps placement or inclusion in an AI-generated answer. Recommendations identify observed gaps and practical priorities; results depend on execution, competition, platforms and market conditions outside SeenScope’s control.

Price, payment and taxes

The price shown at checkout applies to the selected offer. Payment is handled by Stripe. Taxes, where applicable, are shown or handled according to the checkout configuration and the customer’s location.

Corrections and refunds

The founding offer includes one request to correct a confirmed factual error. If we can’t find enough reliable public information to complete the audit we promised, we’ll refund your payment before delivery. A completed report is not refundable simply because you disagree with the priority or business judgment of a recommendation. See the Refunds and Corrections Policy.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to target a business without authority, probe private systems, submit unlawful content, evade technical controls, or reproduce and resell a report as your own assessment without written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SeenScope’s aggregate liability relating to an audit is limited to the amount paid for that audit. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory rights that apply in your jurisdiction.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law, without removing mandatory protections that apply to an eligible customer. Disputes should first be raised with {$support} so they can be resolved directly.
