Why we use it
We use this information to decide whether the audit is a good fit, complete and deliver your report, keep you updated, protect the service, handle corrections or refunds and improve our work. We only send optional marketing when you have asked for it.
AI-assisted processing

Service providers and international processing
We use trusted providers for hosting, file storage, payments, email, website analysis and AI tools. They may process information only to provide their services to SeenScope. Information may be handled outside your country with the safeguards required for the service.
Retention
Unpurchased fit-check information is retained for up to 30 days. Purchased-audit, payment, consent, evidence and report records are retained only as long as needed for service delivery, security, correction and refund handling, financial records and applicable legal obligations. Marketing consent can be withdrawn at any time.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of personal information, or object to certain processing. You can unsubscribe from optional marketing without affecting transactional audit messages. Contact us using the address above. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Security
Your intake form and report use private links that expire. No online service can promise perfect security, but we use secure connections, access controls, limited data retention and activity records to protect the service.
