Data-sufficiency refund
If SeenScope cannot collect enough public evidence to produce the standard audit described at checkout, the audit will be stopped and the payment refunded before delivery.
Confirmed factual errors
The founding offer includes one request to correct a confirmed factual error. Email {$support} from the address used for the audit, tell us which statement is wrong and share the correct source or context. We’ll review it and issue an updated report when a correction is needed.
Advisory conclusions
A completed report is not refundable merely because a customer disagrees with the importance, order or commercial judgment of a recommendation. SeenScope will nevertheless review a clearly identified factual concern.
Refund timing and access
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Bank processing times vary. A full refund revokes active report-download links and suppresses pending audit communications where appropriate.
